This powerbook is a classic even by todays standards and with it's small screen, coupled with light weight is simply put a great little sub notebook for those on the move. It'll fit sniggly into any bag and although old, will still suit someone who simply wants to type and nothing else. In effect, if you can handle the fact that the screen only does 640x400 resolution and the operating system is OS7 at the most, then you're laughing. Add on an old copy of microsoft office or Claris Works and you have your own personal portable typewriter.
When Apple released the Duo series, it was to much acclaim. Ahead of all the competition, they had come up with a portable computer that was extremely small and doubled as a desktop machine through the docking station. It heralded the emergance of the sub notebook- those laptops without zloppy drive or cd rom drive, designed with weight saving in mind.
