Macintosh User Groups
Having Purchased your refurbished Apple Mac, it's sometimes a daunting task to fathom out the computer sitting in front of you. Besides, other than being able to turn it on, launching applcations, setting up printers, connecting it to the internet and generally using your new equipment can be frustrating to the best of us. There are those of us out there (yep, we include ourselves among these merry few) who see macs as more than just a computer. With years of messing around with them, we understand how they work. We've started to compile a list of these few and their contact details. Known as Macintosh User Groups, there may be one in your area. The Macintosh User Group (MUG) is an oppurtunity for like minded people to get together and share their knowledge of everything Macintosh with each other.
Here's a list of some of those groups. We've added them as a mention and a special thanks from us. Please remember, these guys have a lot of knowledge and time for mac users:

The Midlands macintosh User Group. With it's online forum, it's the first port of call for mac users based in the Midlands.
The Three Counties macintosh user group. The group covers Beds, Bucks and Herts. As with other user groups, they have an online forum as well as regular meets.

Kent & E. Sussex Mac User Group, dedicated to supporting Apple Macintosh users in these counties. Created for you, KESMUG is here to help enjoy the Mac life!
